U septembru i oktobru u Privremenim prihvatnim centrima za smje\u0161taj porodica sa djecom i ostale ranjive kategorije, Sedra u Cazinu i Bori\u0107i u Biha\u0107u, Udru\u017eenje Lan iz Biha\u0107a odr\u017ealo je \u0161est radionica o zdravim stilovima \u017eivota i o\u010duvanju okoli\u0161a, u okviru projekta \u201ePlaneta Zemlja je na\u0161 zajedni\u010dki dom\u201c. Sve radionice bile su namijenjene za djecu od 8 do 12 godina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Projekt implementira Me\u0111unarodna organizacija za migracije Bosna i Hercegovina (IOM) i Udru\u017eenje Lan kao primalac granta, a realizira se u okviru projekta \u201eRegionalna podr\u0161ka za\u0161titno-osjetljivom upravljanju  migracijama na Zapadnom Balkanu i Turskoj \u2013 Faza II, za koji je sredstva osigurala Evropska unija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Osnovni cilj projekta je razviti potrebu ve\u0107e brige za zdravlje, podi\u0107i svijest, odgovornost  i kriti\u010dko mi\u0161ljenje kod djece, roditelja i ostalih korisnika centara o va\u017enosti o\u010duvanja \u010dovjekove prirodne sredine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kroz odr\u017eane radionice bila nam je namjera osvijestiti djecu o va\u017enosti zdrave ishrane, o\u010duvanja okoli\u0161a i pravilnog razvrstavanja otpada, razviti im sposobnost odgovornog odnosa prema \u017eivotnoj okolini, upozoriti ih na opasnosti nezdravih obroka i omogu\u0107iti im stjecanje znanja i vje\u0161tina o zdravstvenim i higijenskim navikama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zdrava hrana bila je tema prve radionice. Kroz radionicu djeca su se imala priliku upoznati sa zdravom i nezdravom hranom, piramidom ishrane, pogledali su nekoliko edukativnih kratkih filmova o zdravoj hrani i dobili savjete o tome kako treba izgledati zdrav obrok. Kroz edukativne igre i upotrebu razli\u010ditih materijala, kroz u\u010denje i zabavu, djeca su se zabavila i nau\u010dila mnogo toga novog i korisnog o zdravoj ishrani. Za kraj prve radionice, moderatorice su uz asistenciju djece pripremile zdrave obroke koje su nakon toga degustirali u\u010desnici radionice i svi korisnici centara i uposleni mogli su pogledati izlo\u017ebu radova koja je nastala na radionici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tokom druge radionice djeca su u\u010dila o pravilnom razvrstavanju otpada. Na prakti\u010dnim primjerima demonstrirali su kako se recikliranjem spa\u0161ava planeta Zemlja, upoznali smo ih sa spremnicima za odlaganje i prema bojama odlagali su razli\u010dite vrste otpada u odgovaraju\u0107e spremnike. Za kreativne radionice koristili su karton, stari papir, plastiku i \u010depove. Djeca su nau\u010dila kako se prave avioni i kape od starog papira i bili odu\u0161evljeni svojim rukotvorinama. Djeca su za sami kraj radionice su od plasti\u010dnih \u010depova pravili plakat sa ekolo\u0161kom porukom \u201eSAVE THE PLANET\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tokom tre\u0107e radionice djeca su koriste\u0107i papirne tanjure crtala ili pravila od plastelina ono \u0161to posebno vole u prirodi. I na ovoj radionici djeca su nau\u010dila kako materijale koje smatramo otpadom mo\u017eemo iskoristiti za pravljenje privjesaka ili figura. Pokazala su veliku kreativnost i i nadarenost. Vrlo zanimljiva radionica bila je \u201eThe Tree of Life\u201c gdje su djeca na drvo postavljala poruke sa svojim \u017eivotnim prioritetima. Za sami kraj radionice djeca su napravila dva MURALA MIRA, koje \u0107emo pokloniti u\u010desnicima na\u0161ih radionica iz lokalnog stanovni\u0161tva (Asocijacija srednjo\u0161kolaca \u2013 Lokalni tim Biha\u0107 i Osnovna \u0161kola \u201eOstro\u017eac\u201c).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u017dele\u0107i pove\u0107ati socijalnu uklju\u010denost izme\u0111u djece u centrima i djece iz lokalne zajednice, realizirale smo dvije dodatne aktivnosti, koje nisu bile planirane projektom, ali su doprinijele \u0161irenju svijesti djecom i  me\u0111u mladima iz lokalne zajednice o \u017eivotu i potrebama djece u pokretu.  \u010clanovi i \u010dlanice Asocijacije srednjo\u0161kolaca \u2013 Lokalni tim Biha\u0107 su  na Me\u0111unarodni dan nenasilja odr\u017eali radionicu tokom koje su napisali mirovne poruke za djecu u centrima Sedra i Bori\u0107i. Djeca u centrima su bila vrlo sretna i iznena\u0111ena kad su dobila korpe s porukama i slatki\u0161ima od u\u010denika srednjih \u0161kola iz Biha\u0107a.  Moderatorice su djeci prevodile poruke mira i prenijele pozdrave i dobre \u017eelje  djece iz lokalne zajednice koja na\u017ealost zbog trenutne epidemiolo\u0161ke situcije nisu mogla do\u0107i da se zajedno dru\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jedno odjeljenje Osnovne \u0161kola \u201eOstro\u017eac\u201c je prisustvovalo kreativnoj radionici na temu zdrave ishrane koju je realizirala njihova u\u010diteljica. U\u010denici drugih odjeljenja tako\u0111er su bili uklju\u010deni kroz razgledanje prigodne izlo\u017ebe. U Osnovnu \u0161kolu Ostro\u017eac idu i djeca iz Privremenog prihvatnog centra Sedra, tako da su na ovaj na\u010din i ona bili uklju\u010dena u radionicu i mogla su se vi\u0161e upoznati sa temom na vrlo kreativan i zanimljiv na\u010din. Dio materijala koji su pripremili u\u010denici \u0161kole, poklonjen je djeci u Sedri. Uklju\u010divanjem mladih iz lokalne zajednice poslali smo poruku protiv isklju\u010divanja, stereotipa, predrasuda i diskriminacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In September and October in the Temporary Reception Centers for families with children and other vulnerable categories, Sedra in Cazin and Bori\u0107i in Biha\u0107, the Lan Association from Biha\u0107 held six workshops on healthy lifestyles and environmental protection, within the project “Planet Earth is home to all of us \u201d. All workshops were intended for children aged 8 to 12 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project is implemented by the International Organization for Migration Bosnia and Herzegovina (IOM) and the Lan Association as the recipient of the grant, and is implemented within the project “Regional support for protective and sensitive migration management in the Western Balkans and Turkey – Phase II, funded by the European Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main goal of the project is to develop the need for greater health care, raise awareness, responsibility and critical thinking among children, parents and other users of the centers about the importance of preserving the human natural environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through the workshops, we intended to make children aware of the importance of healthy nutrition, environmental protection and proper waste sorting, develop their ability to treat the environment responsibly, warn them of the dangers of unhealthy meals and enable them to acquire knowledge and skills about health and hygiene habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Healthy food was the topic of the first workshop. Through the workshop, the children had the opportunity to get acquainted with healthy and unhealthy food, the food pyramid, watched several educational short films about healthy food and received advice on what a healthy meal should look like. Through educational games and the use of different materials, through learning and fun, the children had fun and learned a lot of new and useful things about healthy eating. At the end of the first workshop, the moderators, with the assistance of children, prepared healthy meals which were then tasted by the workshop participants and all users of the centers and employees were able to see the exhibition of works created at the workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the second workshop, the children learned about proper waste sorting. On practical examples, they demonstrated how recycling saves the planet Earth, we introduced them to disposal tanks and according to the colors they disposed of different types of waste in appropriate containers. They used cardboard, old paper, plastic and corks for creative workshops. The children learned how to make airplanes and hats from old paper and were delighted with their handicrafts. At the very end of the workshop, the children made a poster with plastic messages with the ecological message “SAVE THE PLANET”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the third workshop, the children used paper plates to draw or make out of plasticine what they especially like in nature. And in this workshop, the children learned how materials we consider waste can be used to make pendants or figures. They showed great creativity and talent. A very interesting workshop was “The Tree of Life” where children posted messages with their life priorities on a tree. At the very end of the workshop, the children made two MURALS OF PEACE, which we will give to the participants of our workshops from the local population (Association of High School Students – Local Team Biha\u0107 and Elementary School “Ostro\u017eac”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wanting to increase social inclusion between children in the centers and children from the local community, we implemented two additional activities, which were not planned by the project, but contributed to spreading awareness among children and young people from the local community about life and needs of children on the move. Members of the Association of High School Students – Local Team Biha\u0107 held a workshop on the International Day of Nonviolence, during which they wrote peace messages for children in the centers Sedra and Bori\u0107i. The children in the centers were very happy and surprised when they received baskets with messages and sweets from high school students from Biha\u0107. The moderators translated messages of peace to the children and conveyed greetings and good wishes from children from the local community who, unfortunately due to the current epidemiological situation, could not come to socialize together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One class of the Elementary School “Ostro\u017eac” attended a creative workshop on the topic of healthy eating, which was realized by their teacher. Students from other classes were also involved through a tour of the commemorative exhibition. Children from the Temporary Reception Center Sedra also go to the Elementary School Ostro\u017eac, so in this way they were included in the workshop and could get to know the topic more in a very creative and interesting way. Part of the material prepared by the students of the school was donated to the children in Sedra. By involving young people from the local community, they sent a message against exclusion, stereotypes, prejudices and discrimination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
