U srijedu, 18. 5. 2022. u Hotelu Paviljon u Bihaću održana je druga radionica za učenice srednjih škola. Teme radionice bile su: Kako odabrati zanimanje – karijerna orijentacija i Osobni i profesonalni razvoj.
Osnovni cilj radionice bio je osnažiti djevojke da razumiju značaj pravilnog izbora zanimanja i stalne posvećenosti profesionalnom rastu i razvoju, da bi se lakše suočile s preprekama koje će im biti na putu postizanja vrhunskih rezultata i ostvarenju punih potencijala
Radionice su realizirane u okviru projekta Zajedno možemo razbiti “stakleni strop” koji finansijski podržava Ekumenska inicijativa žena iz Omiša, Republika Hrvatska.
Second workshop within the project Together we can break the “glass ceiling”
On Wednesday, May 18, 2022, the second workshop for high school students was held at the Pavilion Hotel in Bihać. The topics of the workshop were: How to choose a profession – career orientation and Personal and professional development.
The main goal of the workshop was to empower girls to understand the importance of choosing the right profession and constant commitment to professional growth and development, to help them face the obstacles that will be in their way to achieve top results and achieve full potential.
The workshops were realized within the project Together we can break the “glass ceiling” which is financially supported by the Ecumenical Initiative of Women from Omiš, Republic of Croatia.
