Udruženje Lan iz Bihaća u maju je održalo dvije cjelodnevne interaktivne edukativne radionice za mlade iz dvije lokalne zajednice, Bihaća i Bosanskog Petrovca.
Radionicama su prisustvovali učenici i učenice iz JU Mješovita srednja škola Bosanski Petrovac i JU Mješovita srednja škola Bihać.
Tema radionica bila je Kultura, kulturna raznolikost i interkulturalizam. Poseban osvrt radionica bio je na pitanja interkulturalnog identiteta i interkulturalnog odgoja i obrazovanja te interkulturalne komunikacije.
Radionice su doprinijele osnaživanju mladih, gdje su se učenici suočili sa činjenicom da podjela na „nas“ i „njih“ ne vodi napretku, da se jedino kroz aktivan pristup onima koji ne pripadaju našoj grupi te razumijevanje i prihvatanje njihovih prava, potreba i potencijala može graditi svijet mira i tolerancije.
Projekt “Učenje, osnaživanje i partnerstvo – naša šansa za budućnost” koji provodi Udruženje Lan je podržan kroz dodjelu granta putem javnog poziva koji finansijski podržava Ekumenska inicijativa žena iz Omiša, Republika Hrvatska.
Interactive workshops for young people from Bosanski Petrovac and Bihać on the topic “Culture, cultural diversity and interculturalism”
In May, the Lan Association from Bihać held two full-day interactive educational workshops for young people from two local communities, Bihać and Bosanski Petrovac.
The students from the PI Co-educational Secondary School Bosanski Petrovac and the PI Co-educational Secondary School Bihać attended the workshops.
The theme of the workshops was Culture, cultural diversity and interculturalism. A special focus of the workshops was on issues of intercultural identity and intercultural education and intercultural communication.
The workshops contributed to the empowerment of young people, where the students faced the fact that the division into “us” and “them” does not lead to progress, that only through an active approach to those who do not belong to our group and understanding and accepting their rights, needs and potential can we build a world of peace and tolerance.
The project “Learning, empowerment and partnership – our chance for the future” carried out by the Lan Association is supported through the awarding of a grant through a public call that is financially supported by the Ecumenical Initiative of Women from Omiš, Republic of Croatia.
